Getting the second diamond was incredible!
We thank God and put him first in all that we do! While we celebrate, we look forward to the many more achievements to come in this tremendous company. What a time to be in this business. The pandemic could have stopped us, it has negatively impacted so many globally, but because of Primerica, instead we doubled our income! So many amazing things are happening in the company and we just wanted to make things happen for us and our phenomenal First Class Family team too. We didn’t want to miss the boat and with the surge in digital support we identified it as such an opportune time to take advantage of these new ways to market and work our business. We plugged into all the Zoom trainings, met with even more clients and recruits and increased our base shop meetings from monthly in person to weekly online. We also had a licensing surge in our team, which then led to the promotion of many new District Leaders.
Our incredible team of leaders really got to work to help us cross this milestone. Not only did we achieve this 2nd Diamond, but in doing so our team had a record cashflow month as well! The adage “a rising tide lifts all ships” definitely applies to this achievement and we are so proud of our growing team! Also, of utmost importance, we stayed in contact with the incomparable Bobby and Candy. They are the best in business and have such a wealth of knowledge and experience. Their help and guidance to us is, and continues to be, truly invaluable and so greatly appreciated.
We subscribe to and truly believe that applying the 4 A’s with discipline guarantees your success in Primerica. The 4 A’s are:
1. Attendance - you need to be at everything. Immerse yourself in your business because you need to become a master of it.
2. Activity - you always need to be booking, and on appointments. This is the work of the business and the sooner you realize this, you will stop being discouraged by the results you didn’t get from the work you didn’t do. We know that as long as we are on appointments, what we’ve learned and practiced from attending training and events will come through and produce results. Simple!
3. Attitude - learning to master yourself is key and you do this through self-development. Growing yourself requires realizing that you need to do different things to grow into the winner your desire to be. It takes work to build a positive and mentally tough attitude.
4. Accountability - your upline and coaches will not steer you wrong. The support system in Legacy Builders is unbelievable. Hold yourself to a high standard and really commit to doing what you say you are going to do.
We truly believe that everyone who sticks with this business will be successful when they apply themselves. We’ve had such a great journey thus far to $200,000 of income as evolving entrepreneurs in the financial field. We pray we give you hope that you can do that and much more.
