Back in Dec 2019 we had put some goals together that we were really excited about. We started off on the right foot and then boom...the pandemic hit. Since we had invested a lot of time in trainings, audios, and books we were prepared. We had to learn zoom like everyone else. We didn’t even know what zoom was prior to March 2020. We invested hours in learning how to use it. We were reminded that the same wind blows us all; it’s all about how you’ve set your sail. If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready. We decided to create a safe haven for our team. We inundated them with only “Good news”. We made a conscious decision to only talk about the positives in our WhatsApp group and it paid off! We knew our kids and our team were watching us to see how we responded. They didn’t have to tell us, we knew. It was our chance to DISPLAY leadership. I’m glad we decided to lead because we ended up breaking several records in 4 key areas of our business in 2020. Hitting our second diamond in Jan 2021 is only the beginning. Our goal is to promote between 1 to 2 RVPs this year and hit the 4th diamond by the end of 2021. We get our greatest joy in seeing our people learning and winning at this point!
